Are you trying to achieve your goals…. but then
[unordered_list style=”red-x”]
- things start to go wrong.
- You can’t figure a way to make them right again, no matter how hard you try.
- The more you try, the worse it gets.
- Then, you feel hopeless
- You stop being motivated.
- Finally, you turn towards your last alternative…. (giving up your dreams and getting a 9 to 5 job, getting married or winning the lotto).

When you’ve abandoned your life path and you start looking for a “miracle cure,” that’s when you know that you’ve hit rock bottom. Because you stopped believing in yourself to “make it happen.” And you want an outside source to swoop down and save you.
That’s rock bottom:
[unordered_list style=”red-x”]
- I can’t do it.
- I don’t believe in myself, anymore.
- Something else has to come in and save me.

If you’ve lost faith, you don’t believe anymore…. in your dreams, the world, God….. then the antidote, the cure for hitting rock bottom is something called hope.
Hope is finding your power. The reason you’ve hit rock bottom is because somewhere along the way, you lost your power. Your power can be your:
- money
- relationship
- health
- career
If you’ve lost any of these things and you’re hitting rock bottom, what you’ve really lost—- is your power. Because if you had your power back, you’d be able to restore your money, your relationship, your health or your career. But when you don’t have your power, you can never get back what you’ve lost.
So you have to get your power back, in order for your life to start making any sense. How are you going to get your power back?
Step 1: Pick something wrong in your life. Something that sucks or is confusing.
“I’m having surgery on my foot. I can’t work-out. I’m getting fat and depressed. Plus, it’s affecting my finances. My medical bills are $20,000. I had to take out a loan. Now, I can’t go back to the university. I have to give up my studies. There goes any hopeful future for a career….”
See how one little thing in your life snowballs and becomes this big black hole that tanks the rest of your life?
Step 2: Find your higher purpose in this one area of your life.
“The reason I’m having surgery is to start walking AGAIN.”
Step 3: Use that higher purpose to create a mantra.
“I’m going to start walking again.”
Step 4: Repeat that mantra to yourself, every day, several times a day.
- I’m going to start moving forward.
- I’m going to get ahead.
- I’m going to walk to my goal.
- I’m going to walk towards love.
- I’m going to walk towards success.
- I’m going to walk towards my future.
- I’m going to walk, not run….. because then I won’t rush and miss the most important part of the journey…. which is the journey itself, not the destination!
See how one little thing in your life snowballs and becomes this mountain peak that uplifts the rest of your life?
Your power is a seed. All it takes is for you to water that seed every day with your intention. Another word for intention is prayer. And what I’ve just taught you, is how to pray, “God, help me start walking again, moving forward in every area of my life— not just my foot.” And allow your prayers to snowball into your abundance.
