How you exercise reveals your personality!
I asked 4 of my friends how they completed their workout. Each one had a different answer which revealed their personality type!
Gina: I start slow. When I hit a point towards the end, I just sprint— I end fast!
Vicky: The way I start is the way I finish. If I start weak, I end weak. If I start strong, I end strong. I’m consistent the whole way through.
Esther: I try to pace myself, take it in slow progressions, pacing myself to the end, hitting certain targets.
Gina is a LOVER. She sees the end goal and sprints towards it.
Vicky is a FIGHTER. I stay in the moment. There is no tomorrow or yesterday, only “now.”
Esther is a QUEEN. She takes things in stages. If you don’t pass this stage, you scale back. If you pass it, you scale forward.
Jared: I plug through and keep a steady pace until the end. I use all my energy until I’m dead in the end, but I made it!
Jared is a a SURVIVOR. His goal is to survive each day.
Greg used to start strong and realized that he always peters out. This is just like he used to do relationships!
Greg: But now, my mental process is that the first half of the workout I am working INTO the workout. The second half of the workout, I’m working my OUT of the workout.
How Greg works out is just like his relationships. He spends the first half of his relationships building a foundation and the second half of his relationships taking more risk.
