No Boundaries Athletics is a Strength and Conditioning facility. Our company was in its infancy, struggling to find direction and structure when Vicky offered us her assistance. We were having difficulty developing our business and creating cohesion with all the different personalities involved. With so many individuals involved we struggled in the decision making process. We all wanted the same results and had identified the need for action but had very different ideas about how to grow our business. Vicky was essential in helping us identify our true roles in growing our business. Once we accepted those responsibilities and began working in our specific roles we were able to develop a well-rounded plan of action in our business. Vicky has continued as a member of our gym and watched us triple in membership.
